RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are confident you will love your Aurelai Jewelry purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, worn pierced jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange:

Unworn items? Please contact us for an exchange. Aurelai reserves the right to deny an exchange if an item shows signs of wear or use. 

Faulty Items:

We accept returns for faulty items within 14 days of purchase.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at support@aurelaijewelry.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 4 working days of receiving the item.
