RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are confident you will be happy and love your Aurelai Jewelry purchase, but if you you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept a return within 7 days of receipt. 

  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Made to order designs are crafted with exceptional care and prepared specifically for your order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not available. 

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@aurelaijewelry.com to receive a return authorization number. $9.75: return fee deducted from your refund. Refunds issued to your original payment method.

All personalized, made to orders items and sale items are FINAL SALE.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items for U.S. Customers Only.

Exchanges are 100% FREE! 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@aurelaijewelry.com. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Once your return package is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or missing shipments. All returned items will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
